Joining the Order of Lashima
As a public demonstration of family piety, her uncle (the self-styled family Lord), who sought admission into any clan that would take his family, ordered her to be admitted in the Order of Lashima.
There she met Mara of the Acome. Ura had been incredulous, almost angry that the daughter of a powerful Lord should take eternal shelter behind the walls of the order. Mara considered her foul-tempered. The very things Mara was trying to renounce were the things Ura's family hoped to gain by her admittance to the order.
