Mekasi was the Lord of the Kehotara. He had two daughters and two sons, the youngest of which was Bruli.


A less than talented gambler, he is financially ruined, losing much wealth and his estates heavily mortgaged, because of the luxurious and vain life of his children.

The Minwanabi cleared the accounts, thus assuring his loyalty by making his family sworn to the ancient code of Tan-jin-qu.
