Lord Marshal is a military rank that presides over the ranks of Knight-Marshal, Knight-General, Knight-Commander and Knight-Captain. Traditionally this rank is reserved for the King and the Prince of Krondor.
These ranks not only have command of the armies but also have command over the navies.
Their titles are
- Lord Marshal of the Eastern Realm, held by the King of the Isles
- Lord Marshal of the Western Realm held by the Prince of Krondor
