Lanada is a city north of Maharta in Novindus. It is based on the River Vedra. It is ruled by a priest-king, who has a company of drug induced sliders capable of extraordinary feats.

Durig the Serpentwar, the Priest-king spent much money on soldiers, going as far as to purchase war elephants from the Raj of Maharta. The Emerald Queen assembled her armies to the North of Lanada, but used n agent to send the Priest King and his troops North. The city was opened by the agent, and Lanada taken without bloodshed.
