Knight-General was a military rank of the Kingdom of the Isles in time of war.

A Knight-General was a ruler of a province, such as a Duke, and his princes would be Knight-Captains while other officers, like Barons and Earls serve as Knight-Lieutenants under him.

Knight-Generals are mustered and commanded by the Lord-Marshal or the King.
