Jaguna is a foul-smelling carrion eater of Kelewan, probably analogous to a hyena.
It is described as doglike and are known to hunt in packs. It is the most feared predator of Kelewan: a giant, six-legged terror, all speed and teeth. [1]
The Tsurani used the name of the animal as an insult.
