Earl of LaMut

Earl of LaMut is the title given to the ruler of LaMut, one of the vassal provinces of the Duchy of Yabon.

Its banner is a grey wolf’s head on a circle of blue in the center.

During the Riftwar, many barons vied for the office as its current holder, Vandros, will receive the position of the Duke of Yabon after he married Duke Brucal's daughter. Two men, Baron Morray and Baron Verheyen, emerged as the leading candidates; however both are killed due to treachery.

The earldom was later awarded to Kasumi of the Shinzawai by King Lyam after the ascension of Vandros to his new position.

It is the only title in the Kingdom to be held by a Tsurani.
